Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Software Engineering – C2 CODA in Colorado Springs, CO. The role requires designing, developing, and maintaining space command and control software with a focus on the full software development lifecycle. Applicants must be eligible for a US Secret security clearance.

Candidate will work with cross-functional teams, participate in reviews, and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with minimum 2 years of related experience; in lieu of a degree, 8 years of related experience.
• Active US Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle; create test procedures and documentation.
• Develop software and conduct peer reviews; identify and resolve defects.
• Convey information clearly and succinctly to team members.
• Collaborate with small teams of software engineers.
• Develop software as a C# full stack engineer.
• Experience with SQL databases; using EntityFramework, T-SQL
