This position requires strong programming skills in Python, C++, and a minimum of 4 years in software or reliability engineering. The role offers comprehensive benefits, including equity, medical insurance, and a generous salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, reliability engineering, or systems validation.
• Experience working with high-performance compute environments.
• Familiarity with debugging system-level issues across hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Own software reliability for avionics and compute systems across the lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test and validation frameworks.
• Investigate and resolve anomalies through root cause analysis.
