Job summary

The Global Ambassador Hotel in Phoenix seeks a Spa Manager to lead daily spa and fitness operations, delivering an exceptional luxury guest experience through effective leadership, standardized service, and a passion for wellness.

You will recruit and develop staff, supervise treatments and facilities, ensure health and safety compliance, manage schedules and payroll, and implement initiatives to grow spa revenue while upholding brand standards and creating moments worth remembering for guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Spa/Wellness Leadership experience in luxury resort or spa.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, products and wellness trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication and guest service skills.
• Organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for spa operations.
• Proficiency in spa management software (B4T) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily spa and fitness operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee staff, treatments, inventory, and maintenance of facilities.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and brand standards.
• Develop staffing plans, schedules, and payroll to optimize labor efficiency.
