The Spa at Park Hyatt Sydney, located on level 2, is an urban retreat and features five private treatment rooms, a relaxation room, steam room, rooftop heated pool, outdoor whirlpool, and gymnasium. We are recruiting a friendly and customer-focused Spa Therapist to join the Spa team.

About the Role

Perform services including facial treatments, body treatments, waxing, massage, manicures, and pedicures in line with our luxurious Spa philosophies.

Provide exceptional service at all times, responsible for the generation and retention of members and guests.

Maintain the Spa environment to ensure the needs of our guests are met.

Ensure the highest levels of professionalism and attention to detail with all treatments conducted.

Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

Continue to develop and learn new skills and refine knowledge on treatments and our line of exclusive products.

Qualifications

Previous experience in luxury hotels or high-end spas.

Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Massage Therapy.

Full valid working rights in Australia.

High level of communication and personal presentation.
