About the Role: Lyra developed an innovative video therapy program called Lyra Care Therapy, blending live video sessions with digital psychoeducation and customizable skill-building tools. You will have the resources and support to ensure clients improve while accessing care from your home or preferred setting.
Daily: As a part-time Lyra Care Therapist, you'll provide evidence-based treatment via live video, maintaining a diverse caseload. You'll assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance learning and monitor outcomes. We serve clients from diverse backgrounds, and we strive to meet their unique needs through culturally responsive care.
Regularly: Our therapists connect with peers, attend bi-monthly meetings, and access robust training. You'll receive clinical consultation and support for complex clients, ensuring you're never alone, even while working remotely across the US.

Lyra employs therapists as part-time W-2 employees, offering competitive pay, benefits, and support, including licensure reimbursement, technology stipends, and a diverse client caseload. The salary range is $46,800 annually, based on experience and location.
