L’Auberge de Sedona in Sedona, AZ is seeking a Spa Supervisor to lead our Rock Spa team and elevate guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, schedule shifts, and mentor staff to deliver serene, personalized service.

Responsibilities include booking appointments, promoting treatments, ensuring spotless spaces, and maintaining exceptional guest relations both in person and by phone. Flexibility with evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience, preferably in a spa setting.
• Strong organizational and guest service skills; able to work efficiently under deadlines with attention to detail.
• Clear, positive communication skills for interacting with guests in person and by phone.
• Ability to identify and respond appropriately to emergency situations.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Skilled in managing challenging interactions with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
