The Spa At The Hotel Hershey in Hershey, PA is seeking a Spa Services Coordinator to oversee daily guest and team experiences at our European-style spa.

You will lead opening/closing duties, supervise staff, support management, and help maintain facilities, products, and service standards while delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

Eligible candidates should have at least 2 years in spa/hospitality, a high school diploma, supervisory experience, and Spa Supervisory Certification.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in the Spa, Hospitality/Hotel/Resort environment.
• Completion of high school or GED
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Pre-Employment - Spa Supervisory Certification

Responsabilités

• Maintain exceptional guest experience and quality control in all areas.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and lead the support staff team.
• Assist management in daily operations, training, guest resolution, special projects, events, and monthly inventory.
• Maintain facility, product supply, and equipment at a high level.

This position is responsible for the overall day to day guest and employee experience at The Spa at The Hotel Hershey. The Spa Services Coordinator must direct all efforts toward guest satisfaction, the achievement and maintenance of The Hotel Hershey standards, and profit maximization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

This job requires the visual ability to perform detailed work at close distances (computer screens, accounting ledgers, using measurement devices).
