Massage Heights is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to drive membership and gift card sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a spa environment. You will promote massage therapy and skin services and educate guests on the benefits, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and strong client relationships.

The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication abilities.
• Experience in sales, retail, or guest services required.
• Proficient with basic computer software.
• Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales.
• Provide exceptional service by listening, communicating, and responding to guest's needs.
• Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapy.
• Educate guests confidently and effectively about services and products.
• Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with members of the team and guests.

Schedule/Expected work hours

• 6-8-hour shifts
• Full and part-time positions available
• Required 1 weekend shift
• Days and evening shifts available
