Overview

Your first commission check: 2 weeks. First promotion opportunity: 6-12 months. Your career trajectory: entirely up to you.

At this family-owned Massage Heights, we promote from within. Not someday—consistently. Our Retreat Director started answering phones two years ago. Our Team Lead made it in six months.

What You'll Earn

• Base: $15/hour + Commission
• Top performers earn: $20-23/hour total
• You\'ll earn commission on membership packages, service add-ons, and upgrades. The better you connect guests with what improves their lives, the more you make. Every shift.
