Job summary

Massage Heights in Spring, TX seeks energetic team members to drive membership and gift card sales while delivering exceptional guest service. You will promote massage and skincare services, educate guests on offerings, and maintain positive relationships with members and staff.

Flexible shifts with full- and part-time positions, Sundays required, and commissions/bonuses available. Join a team focused on wellness, care, and elevated guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or guest services is required.
• Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales.
• Provide exceptional service by listening, communicating, and responding to guest's needs.
• Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapy.
• Educate guests confidently and effectively about services and products.
• Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with members of the team and guests.
