Massage Heights is seeking friendly, energetic team members to support membership and gift card sales while delivering exceptional guest service. You will promote massage and skincare benefits, educate guests on services, and maintain a positive, helpful atmosphere in a fast-paced retreat environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to a busy schedule—weekends required with day and evening shifts available.

• Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.
