Tay Shop Pte Ltd, located at Orchard, Singapore, seeks an experienced Spa Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uplift client relationships. You will manage beauticians, ensure full appointment calendars, and oversee service standards to maximize guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in spa management, and the ability to develop strategic plans for growth and profitability in a premium wellness environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of spa or wellness management experience.
• More than 10 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of the spa's sales targets and overall performance.
• Lead and manage the spa team, including beauticians.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while expanding the customer base.
• Ensure appointment calendars are consistently full, and treatment rooms are operating at optimal capacity.
• Develop and execute sales and operational plans to drive the spa's success.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.

Basic: $6000 - $6500

Work Hours: 5 Days, 11am – 7pm (10-6 or 12-8 may be arranged based on operational needs)
