Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in the South Loop is seeking a sales-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role blends front-desk duties with active selling of memberships and services, offering training, clear performance goals, and lucrative earning potential.

You’ll educate guests, process memberships, greet clients, and help deliver a memorable spa experience while pursuing team and personal sales targets, including evenings and weekends in a friendly, professional environment.

Responsabilités

• Educate guests about the benefits of regular massage and skincare services.
• Sell memberships and gift cards.
• Execute our proven sales process and work toward individual and team goals.
• Recommend enhancements, products, and services based on guest needs.
• Create a welcoming, relaxing, and memorable experience for every guest.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist guests with questions.
• Support client follow-up and membership retention efforts.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow filing procedures.
• Keep the spa clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Work closely with the spa team to create an exceptional guest experience.
