Hand & Stone Willow Grove is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team. You will drive membership sales and deliver exceptional customer service while educating clients on spa services and enhancements. A positive attitude and strong communication skills help you build genuine connections with guests and members.

Expect a base hourly rate with an uncapped commission on membership sales. The role offers weekend, daytime, evening, and holiday hours with opportunities for advancement

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Achieve performance-based targets set by spa leadership (e.g., Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales).
• Maintain knowledge of service menu and educate clients on benefits.
• Provide excellent customer experience by answering calls, scheduling, greeting clients, and selling memberships.
• Promote sales, promotions and events.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
