Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Achieve performance-based targets including Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion and Gift Card Sales.
• Maintain knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on benefits and enhancements.
• Provide excellent customer experiences via phone, appointments, greetings and membership sales.
• Promote promotions and events and uphold spa cleanliness.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
