Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in South Tampa, FL, is seeking a Sales Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding!

Join a team that trains you in our services and sales process. You will meet membership sales goals, sell Gift Cards and Spa Services, and deliver excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting relationships. Flexible shifts are available to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Be 18 years old or older.
Be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail.
Be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals.
Sell Gift Cards and Spa Services.
Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – training provided.
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting relationships.
Capable of working flexible hours.
Communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients.
Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
Perform various other duties as assigned.
