Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals and contribute to overall targets
Achieve performance-based goals set by spa leadership (e.g., conversion, booking efficiency)
Educate clients on service benefits and enhancements
Provide excellent customer experience via phone, appointments, and in-person interactions
Promote sales, promotions, and events to guests
Uphold spa cleanliness standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
