Hand & Stone Easton is seeking sales professionals to join our team at 3770 Dryland Way, Easton, PA. As a Sales Associate, you will meet membership sales goals, educate clients on service benefits, and provide an exceptional customer experience by answering calls, setting appointments, and guiding members.

Our base hourly rate reflects experience and is complemented by an uncapped commission on membership sales, with top performers earning additional per-hour commission.

• Demonstrated history of providing exceptional customer service in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals
• Successfully achieve performance-based goals (Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales)
• Maintain knowledge of service menu and educate clients on benefits
• Provide excellent customer experience through calls, appointments, greetings, and membership sales/management
• Promote sales, promotions and events
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform various other duties as assigned
