Job summary

Hand & Stone Allentown is seeking energetic Sales Associates to join our team at 750 N Krocks Rd, Allentown, PA 18106. This role offers base pay plus uncapped commission based on membership sales and strong earning potential.

You will meet membership sales goals, educate clients on services, deliver excellent customer experiences, and help maintain a clean, welcoming spa environment. Flexible full- or part-time schedules are available to fit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals
Successfully achieve all performance-based goals set by spa leadership and the company on a consistent basis.
Maintain a detailed knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on the benefits of specific services and enhancements
Provide an excellent customer experience through the answering of phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients and membership sales and management
Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events
Uphold spa cleanliness standards
Perform various other duties as assigned
