Hand And Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Peoria, AZ is seeking energetic Sales Associates to support our spa experience ambassadors. You will engage guests, sell memberships and services, and ensure smooth operations across daily front-desk tasks.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with a sales mindset, capable of educating clients and maintaining a welcoming, pristine environment. Flexibility with nights/weekends is preferred and experience with retail or memberships is a plus.

Sales Associate & Spa Experience Ambassador

About the Position

We are in search of both full and part-time sales associates. You will play an important role in ensuring our spa runs smoothly, and that our clients experience the ultimate in affordable, luxurious massage and skin care therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships, gift cards and other retail items; must meet membership sales quotas.
• Deliver excellent customer service to members/guests.
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival.
• Efficiently and effectively answer phones, book appointments, and check clients out after service.
• Learn and work with a Point of Sales (POS) System [Zenoti] to ring up various transactions.
• Educate clients about the services we provide and our membership benefits.
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance.
• Ensure the spa is organized and clean.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
