Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Dallas is seeking Spa Sales Associates to join the Lake Highlands and Arboretum Village teams. You’ll be the first and last face guests see, welcoming them, booking services, and promoting memberships, upgrades, and retail to support their wellness goals.

This role offers base pay plus commissions and bonuses, flexible full- and part-time shifts, employee discounts, training and growth opportunities, and health insurance with employer contributions for

Locations: Lake Highlands & Arboretum Village (Dallas, TX)

Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Compensation: Hourly Base Pay + High Commission + Bonuses

Reports To: Regional Director

About The Role

Hand & Stone is looking for sales-focused, friendly, and motivated Spa Associates to join our teams in Lake Highlands and Arboretum Village. Be the first and last face our guests see - welcoming them, booking services, and recommending memberships, upgrades, and retail that support their wellness goals.
