Job summary

City Cave Spa in Fort Lauderdale is seeking outgoing Wellness Advisors to lead guest experiences and sales for Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Massage. You will guide guests to services, packages, and memberships that support wellness goals, while delivering exceptional service and promoting repeat visits.

We value a friendly, proactive attitude with 1–2 years in sales or guest-facing roles; compensation includes hourly base pay with commissions and bonuses, plus PTO and discounts on spa

Qualifications

• Previous experience: 1–2 years in sales, guest experience, hospitality, boutique fitness, retail, or a spa/wellness environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest, from arrival to departure.
• Build genuine relationships by understanding guests' needs and recommending suitable wellness services.
• Educate guests on the benefits of Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Massage.
• Confidently recommend and sell packages, memberships, and rebookings that encourage consistent wellness routines.
• Proactively connect with new, recent, and returning guests through follow-ups and outreach to encourage bookings and repeat visits.

We're looking for outgoing, motivated Wellness Advisors who love connecting with people, creating memorable experiences, and helping others prioritize their wellbeing.

This is more than a traditional front desk position. It's a guest experience and sales-focused role where you'll introduce guests to Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Massage, while confidently guiding them toward services, packages, and memberships that support their wellness goals.

What You'll Do

• Create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest, from arrival to departure.
• Build genuine relationships by understanding guests' needs and recommending suitable wellness services.

• Support spa promotions, community events, and guest review initiatives.

Previous experience: 1–2 years in sales, guest experience, hospitality, boutique fitness, retail, or a spa/wellness environment is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18–$22 per hour base pay, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

We're currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

Our spa operates between 9:00 AM and 9:30 PM, depending on the day. Shifts include morning, midday, and evening coverage, with consistent weekly schedules once assigned.

Weekend availability is required.
