Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is seeking Spa Associates to host guests, drive membership sales, and deliver 5-star experiences. You will know the service menu, assist clients, and communicate promotions while maintaining a clean, welcoming spa environment.

Shifts are designed to fit busy schedules, with opportunities for growth through live sales training and potential advancement to lead spa associate or management roles.

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections.
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
