Martis Camp is seeking a Spa Coordinator to oversee all aspects of spa reservations, check-in, and check-out to ensure top service for Members and their guests. You will greet visitors, orient them to spa facilities, and assist with scheduling, billing, and retail operations.

This part-time role emphasizes impeccable guest service, front desk professionalism, and collaboration with housekeeping to keep the Spa Boutique and relaxation lounges pristine.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage spa front desk operations and billing.

Responsibilities

• Must be available Thursday - Sunday.
• Maintains a professional front desk presence, answering calls, emails, and coordinating appointments.
• Works with therapists to ensure accurate scheduling and proper billing.
• Greets Members and guests by name and orients them to spa facilities.
• Explains spa treatments and assists members in booking services matching their needs.
• Follows opening and closing checklists to ready the spa for first treatment and close properly.
• Maintains spa public areas, ensuring cleanliness and stocked amenities.
• Monitors the spa facility with regular walkthroughs from open to close.
• Oversees daily retail tasks and processes sales in Jonas POS accurately.
• Assists with unpacking, steaming, and re-merchandising the boutique per guidelines.
• Attends trainings and builds product knowledge for spa products.
• Resolves member complaints in collaboration with Spa Director.
• Communicates next day bookings to Spa team nightly.
