Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join our luxury spa team in Scottsdale, AZ. You will manage guest check-ins, book treatments, and handle payments in a fast-paced resort environment.

We value hospitality, professional communication, and a flexible schedule that includes mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays. Prior spa reception experience is a plus, as is a Food Handlers License.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Starting rate: $16.00 per hour

Spa Reception Agents host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. Primary responsibilities include schedule treatments, guest registration, and processing forms of payments to include room charges, credit cards, and cash. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for Spa reservations whether it is a deluxe spa package or an individual spa treatment. This position is also responsible for making product and treatment recommendations to Spa guests. This individual promotes wellness and serves as the final point of contact for an indigenous spa experience.
