Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Biloxi, MS is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to be the first contact for guests, set a welcoming tone, and support the spa and salon operations.

You will assist guests with bookings, check-in/out, promote services, manage cash, and learn the spa software system to deliver exceptional customer experiences day after day.

• Must be 18 years old or older.

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies.
• Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients.
• Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.

THE JOB:

As a Spa Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience. Through a mix of clerical duties and exceptional service, you'll be instrumental in creating lasting WOW moments that guests will remember long after their visit.

THE STARTING PAY:

$14.50 per hour (plus service charge plus 3% commission)

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.

• Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients.
