The Essex Resort & Spa in Vermont is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to welcome guests, check them in and out, and maintain a calm, professional environment at the spa and resort.

You will use spa software, assist guests with fitness, locker, and relaxation areas, upsell products, manage cash, and adhere to dress code and attendance expectations.

This role offers on-site benefits and discounts for dining, spa services, fitness facilities, and hotel stays for employees and their families.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Computer knowledge preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and friendly attitude to all customers and employees
• Check guest in and out effectively using Spa software.
• Meet guest needs: fitness room, locker room, relaxation area
• Knowledge of retail products and services offered in the Spa and Resort
