Job summary

The Essex Resort & Spa in Vermont invites you to join our team as a Spa Receptionist. You will greet guests, check them in and out, and maintain a welcoming, calm atmosphere at the spa. This role requires a friendly attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in customer service is preferred, and computer skills with spa software are helpful. Employees enjoy on-site amenities, staff discounts, and a chance to grow within a hospitality-focused

• Perform special tasks as requested by the Director of the Spa, Manager and supervisor.
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of facility daily.

BASIC FUNCTION

Spa Receptionist are responsible for checking guest in at the Spa, while maintaining a professional and calm atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE

• High school graduate or equivalent.
