Job summary

The Westin at Frenchman’s Reef in St. Thomas is seeking a dynamic Spa Operations Supervisor to support daily spa operations and lead a high-performing team.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll work with spa leadership to uphold brand standards, deliver guest-focused service, and grow into a Spa Manager position while developing operational and people-management skills. This is an exciting opportunity in a luxury, wellness-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a spa, hospitality, wellness, or luxury service environment.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong passion for guest service, spa operations, and wellness experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead by example.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Basic understanding of spa services, retail products, and scheduling systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and spa booking software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily spa operations and guest-focused service across front desk, treatment areas, and retail.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate spa team members.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and onboarding.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain spa cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Support retail operations, including merchandising and inventory control.
• Assist with payroll tracking, daily reports, and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with spa policies and health and safety regulations.
• Act as shift lead and handle real-time operational needs.
• Collaborate with Spa Manager on initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and revenue.
