Job summary

Brasada Ranch seeks a Spa Supervisor to lead daily operations at Spa Brasada, ensuring guest-ready facilities and smooth front-of-house flow.

In this hourly role, you provide shift direction, coordinate reception and spa-attendant tasks, and support payroll and scheduling under the Spa Manager. Two years in hospitality or spa with supervisory experience preferred; Oregon licensing helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer-service or hospitality experience.
• One to two years of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with appointment booking, POS, cash handling and daily reconciliation.
• Computer literacy includes Outlook, Excel, Word, and scheduling/timekeeping systems.
• Ability to coach, communicate clearly and escalate when needed.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Able to balance guest needs with staff workload.
• Oregon Massage Therapist or Esthetician license is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time shift direction, task assignment, coaching and operational follow-through for Spa team members.
• Review and prepare timekeeping and payroll information for Spa Manager approval.
• Make routine schedule adjustments and coordinate same-day coverage within staffing parameters.
• Participate in interviews and provide performance feedback to the Spa Manager.
• Support onboarding and training for front desk and spa-attendant teams.
• Coordinate front desk, attendant and provider flow against the daily schedule.
• Maintain readiness of reception, locker rooms, dispensary, treatment rooms and supplies.
• Maintain clean, safe, fully stocked work environment following sanitation and resort standards.
