Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with scheduling standards.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper attire and name tag.
• Always comply with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Always maintain a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and peers at all times.
• Perform a variety of skin treatments (exfoliation, mask, waxing, extraction, etc.).
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities, ensuring amenities are in proper working order.
• Prepare treatment rooms, clean after each treatment, and maintain inventory levels of linens and supplies.
• Provide spa tours as necessary.
• Promote and sell spa-approved facial and body products using a prescription pad.
• Check appointment schedules, print daily activity reports, and complete daily reports.
• Ensure inventory control through proper usage of products.
• Maintain passing scores on treatment inspections.
• Maintain current licenses and certifications as required.
• Assist with front desk or locker room functions when called upon.
• Attend meetings and training as required by management.
• Perform other duties as requested by manager.
