La Posada de Santa Fe, a Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa, located on six acres steps from the historic Plaza, is the only full‑service resort in downtown Santa Fe. Resort guests enjoy easy access to Santa Fe landmarks such as the New Mexico History Museum and Canyon Road art galleries.
We are looking for a new member of our spa team to deliver exceptional service to guests and support daily spa operations.

Responsibilities
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service‑oriented manner.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with scheduling standards required by the hotel.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper attire and name tag while working.
- Always comply with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Always maintain a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Remain attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of facilities, ensuring amenities are in proper working order.
- Prepare treatment rooms, clean after each treatment, and maintain inventory levels of linens and supplies.
- Provide spa tours as necessary.
- Promote and sell spa‑approved facial and body products using the prescription pad.
- Check appointment schedule, print daily activities, and complete daily reports.
- Ensure inventory control through proper usage of products.
- Maintain passing scores on treatment inspections.
- Maintain current licenses and certifications as required.
- May be called upon to assist with front‑desk or locker‑room functions.
- Attend meetings/training as required by management.
- Perform other duties as requested by manager.
Qualifications
- At least 2‑3 years of experience as a nail technician.
- State license.
- Excellent customer‑service skills.
