La Posada de Santa Fe, A Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa is seeking a skilled nail technician to join our spa team. You will greet guests, perform nail services, promote spa products, and maintain pristine treatment rooms in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a nail technician.
• State license required for the state where you will work.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including attire and name tag.
• Ensure safe and efficient hotel operations by following standards and regulations.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers, and employees.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of facilities; ensure amenities are in proper working order.
• Prepare treatment rooms, clean after each treatment, and maintain inventory levels of linens and supplies.
• Provide spa tours as necessary and promote spa products using prescription pad.
• Check appointment schedules and print daily activities; complete daily reports.
• Ensure inventory control through proper usage of products.
• Maintain passing scores on treatment inspections and keep licenses/certifications current.
• May assist with front desk or locker room functions as needed.
• Attend meetings/training as required by management.
• Perform other duties as requested by manager.

What You Will Be Doing

• Always comply with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.

• Must, at all times, to be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities including ensuring facility/amenities are in proper working order.
• Prepare treatment rooms, clean after each treatment, and maintain inventory levels of linens and supplies.
• Provide spa tours as necessary
• Promote and sell spa approved facial and body products using prescription pad.
• Check appointment schedule and print daily activities as required as well as complete daily reports.
• Ensure inventory control through proper usage of products.
• Maintain passing scores on treatment inspections.
• Maintain current licenses and certifications as required.
• May be called upon to assist with front desk or locker room functions.
• Attend meetings/training as required by management.
• Perform other duties as requested by manager.
