Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf at Trilogy at Vistancia is seeking a Nail Technician to perform manicures and pedicures for spa guests. You will report to the Spa & Fitness Director and collaborate with team members to maintain a premium client experience.

The role requires state- and local-licensure, customer-service experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced spa environment. Full-time employment offers medical, dental, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year previous customer service and nail technician experience preferred.
• Must maintain all current licenses and certifications that are required on a state and local level.
• Participate in continuing education courses (CEU), if required by the state for license renewal and remain current on techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver manicures and pedicures per provided services menu.
• Maintain professional practitioner-client relationships and confidentiality.
• Assess client contraindications before services.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control.
• Record client notes and treatment details as appropriate.
• Suggest additional spa services and products to clients.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitized and manage supplies.
