Job summary

The Nail Technician position at Bluestar Resort & Golf delivers manicures and pedicures in a spa setting near Rio Verde, AZ, reporting to the Spa & Fitness Director. You will maintain client records, ensure professional ethics, and uphold BlueStar standards for guest care.

The role requires licensure, customer service experience, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, and a willingness to participate in trainings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year customer service and nail technician experience preferred.
• Must maintain all current licenses and certifications required by state/local laws.
• Participate in continuing education courses (CEU) as required by license renewal.
• Computer literate and able to promote treatments, services, and products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver manicure and pedicure services and maintain client notes.
• Uphold BlueStar 10 standards and facility policies; maintain professional ethics.
• Assess client contraindications and ensure safety during services.
• Provide excellent client care; engage clients about interests and concerns.
• Maintain clean, sanitized work area and adhere to schedules.
• Suggest additional spa treatments and manage product inventory needs with guidance.
• Attend trainings and meetings; assist staff as needed.
