Hand & Stone Brentwood is seeking Sales Associates to join our team at 201 Franklin Rd Suite 170, Brentwood, TN 37027. The ideal candidate is responsible, driven, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to deliver exceptional customer service and memberships sales.

We offer a base hourly rate tailored to experience with an uncapped commission on membership sales. Our top performers earn an additional $2-$4 per hour in commission on top of their base rate, with a flexible

Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals
Successfully achieve performance-based goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on benefits
Provide an excellent customer experience by answering phones, setting appointments, greeting clients, and handling membership sales
Promote sales, promotions, and events
Uphold spa cleanliness standards
Perform various other duties as assigned
