The role offers a base hourly rate with uncapped commission on membership sales, with earning potential tied to performance. Weekend and holiday hours may apply.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.

• Provide an excellent customer experience via calls, appointments, greetings and sales.
• Promote sales, promotions and events.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
