You will help guests and members by forging genuine connections and delivering an exceptional service experience. As a Sales Associate, you will work to meet membership sales goals, handle bookings, greet clients, and promote promotions while maintaining spa cleanliness.

Qualifications

• History of providing exceptional customer service in prior roles.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, winning personality.
• Ability to meet membership sales goals and work toward performance-based targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Achieve performance-based goals set by spa leadership (e.g., Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales).
• Educate clients on service benefits and enhancements with a detailed knowledge of the menu.
• Provide an excellent customer experience including phone handling, appointment setting, and greeting clients.
• Promote sales, promotions, and events; uphold spa cleanliness; perform other duties as assigned.
