Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Palm Harbor is seeking a Sales Associate to be a key link in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will promote memberships, sell spa services and gift cards, and learn the full menu with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be 18 years old or older.
• Be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail.
• Be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Sell Gift Cards and Spa Services.
• Detailed knowledge of the menu of services and training will be provided.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting relationships.
• Capable of working flexible hours.
• Communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
