Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Fresno is seeking a Sales Associate who is energetic, kind, and sales driven. The role offers an hourly wage of $17 plus $10 commission per membership sold, with additional $100–$200 per paycheck possible in commissions.

The position has 30–40 hours weekly with flexible schedules and a professional work environment. Ideal candidates have retail/sales experience, welcome guests, answer phones, book appointments, and meet sales quotas while promoting wellness

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests.
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival and suggest upgrades.
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades.
• Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
