Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf’s Trilogy at Verde River Ranch in Rio Verde, AZ is seeking a part-time Massage Therapist to deliver a range of massage services in a serene spa setting. The role reports to the Spa & Fitness Director and emphasizes a healthy, stress-free client experience.

Requirements include at least one year of massage and customer service experience, state licensing/CEU requirements for an LMT, and a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends; a valid driver’s license is

Qualifications

• One year previous customer service and massage experience preferred.
• Must complete state requirements (minimum hours of training) for certified therapist or licensed massage therapist (LMT).
• Computer literate and able to explain treatments and products to guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the BlueStar Experience for members and guests by upholding standards.
• Maintain professional practitioner-client relationship with confidentiality.
• Assess client contraindications and customize treatments based on needs.
• Remain focused on client care during sessions and engage with client concerns.
• Perform all treatments on the menu based on current certifications.
• Know all spa services offered and suggest additional treatments.
