Qualifications

• Must hold a current Massage license in the practicing state.
• Ability to assess guest needs and wants.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Availability for weekend, evening, and holiday hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and properly introduce themselves.
• Prepares the guest for services according to the treatment protocols.
• Reviews the guest’s intake form for valuable information.
• Performs up to a combination of 7-8 massages/body treatments per day.
• Educates the guest about benefits of services performed and enhancements.
• Recommends retail home care products and explains usage.
• Maintains organization of treatment rooms and prep areas.
• Follows Woodhouse Spa policies and safety procedures.
• Renews licensure as required and pursues continued education.
• Communicates with staff to ensure smooth operation of the location.
