Schedule

• Flexible
• Very busy on weekends
• On‑call shifts
• 4 weekend days per month

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain the education and licensure required to perform bodywork services in the state of practice.
• Perform massage therapy and body treatments according to the provided treatment protocols.
• Recommend enhancements and products to guests.
• Work closely with other team members to exceed Woodhouse Spa standards.
• Prepare each treatment area to the Woodhouse Brand standards.
• Provide consistent, stellar treatments (5‑8 per day).
• Continuously improve skills by attending continuing education classes.

Compensation

• Base pay: $32.00 – $105.00 per hour.
• Commission: 30% per service + gratuity, commensurate with experience.
