Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional spa treatments and create a relaxing environment for guests.
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness, sanitation, restock supplies and assist with housekeeping duties of treatment rooms.
• Maintain guest confidentiality, privacy and professional conduct.
• Effectively recommend and sell spa products.
• Manage guest records and uphold spa standards.
• Attend product and service training.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
• Control inventory and manage room turnovers.
