You will uphold confidentiality, recommend products, and support spa operations while embracing a warm, professional presence.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a current Wisconsin massage therapist license, and at least 2 years of experience. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is preferred.

What will you be doing?

What do you bring to the role?

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 2 years massage therapy experience.
• Must hold and keep current a Massage Therapist license in the State of Wisconsin and provide Well Spa with the original small license to post at Well Spa.
• Strong sales, customer service, and time management skills/background.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
• Physical ability to perform massage therapy duties including standing, walking, bending, knelling, lifting, and working in fast-paced, and potentially confining environments.
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently.
• Must have friendly, congenial personality and professional attitude towards all associates in all departments.
