White Lodging is seeking a professional Massage Therapist to provide spa services with a focus on guest comfort and safety. You will perform massages and body treatments, maintain treatment rooms, and educate guests on aftercare while upholding the brand's standards of hospitality.

The role requires current state licensure, 2+ years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment; flexible scheduling and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist.
• 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in performing all applicable massage and body treatments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding people skills with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage and body treatments in accordance with established service standards and current certifications.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs and creating a warm, welcoming environment.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spa services, products, hotel amenities, and the local area.
• Educate guests on product ingredients, benefits, and at-home care recommendations.
• Answer guest questions in a knowledgeable, professional, and service-focused manner.
• Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and service areas in accordance with spa standards.
• Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
