Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group’s spa division in Phoenix invites a licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. You will deliver massage and body treatments to hotel guests, build treatment plans, and promote additional services while upholding spa standards and confidentiality.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of experience, valid licenses, CPR, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. We value professionalism, discretion, and superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy to obtain a license/permit in the spa location.
• Three to five years of experience as a licensed Massage Therapist in a spa or hotel setting.
• Trained and certified in basic massage techniques; able to perform Swedish and Deep Tissue.
• Must maintain current Massage Therapist licenses/permits as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service with massages and body treatments according to spa standards.
• Develop treatment plans based on guest needs and requests; upsell additional services and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and inventory.
• Follow safety policies, PPE, and guidelines; report issues to management.
• Communicate with guests and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
