Job summary

Pearl River Resort Associates is seeking a Spa Massage Therapist to deliver a comprehensive range of massage services in a luxury resort setting. The role requires assessing guest needs, performing multiple modalities, and ensuring high-quality service and confidentiality.

You will actively build a repeat guest clientele, maintain accurate guest records, and stay informed about on-property facilities and events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must possess required certifications and license as required by the State of Mississippi or show proof of 600 hours of Massage Training.
• State License must be provided within 5 business days of applying to be considered.
• Special technical skills such as deep tissue, reflexology, sports massage or related education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat guests using Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Reflexology and other modalities with quality service.
• Actively build a repeat guest clientele and meet retail sales performance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of on-property facilities and events to advise guests when possible.
• Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality.
• Maintain a consistent, regular attendance record.
