Pearl River Resort Associates is seeking a Spa Massage Therapist to deliver a comprehensive range of massage services in a luxury resort setting. The role requires assessing guest needs, performing multiple modalities, and ensuring high-quality service and confidentiality.

18 years of age or above.
Gaming property – Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
High School diploma or GED is preferred.
Must possess the required certifications and license as required by the State of Mississippi/or show proof of 600 hours of Massage Training.
(State License must be provided to the Employment Center within 5 business days of applying in order to be considered)
Special technical skills such as deep tissue, reflexology, sports massage, and other massage related education preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence. Ability to write basic instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
Ability to apply commonsense reasoning to a variety of situations.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Essential responsibilities include light to moderate physical ability, able to lift and maneuver a minimum of fifty (50) pounds, push or pull a minimum of seventy‑five (75) pounds. Extensive bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling and stretching of arms may be required throughout the assigned shift. Stand and/or walk approximately 100% of assigned shift. Perform position requirements and/or essential functions on slippery or wet surfaces. Work with hazardous chemicals and/or oils, lotions, heated equipment or other therapy amenities with care. Ability to perform at least five (5) hours of continuous massage therapy.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases too loud. When on the casino floor or other designated areas may be subjected to tobacco smoke.
Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Associates must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
