Job summary

Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Spa Massage Therapist to provide expert body therapies and guest care in a luxury spa setting.

You will maintain knowledge of all spa services and ensure compliance with hotel policies while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role begins December 2026; you will perform multiple treatments daily, manage workstation setup, and support the spa team with routine tasks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited massage school.
• Holds and maintains a Montana state massage license.
• One or more years’ experience as a licensed massage therapist strongly preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in body treatments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform body therapies to all guests including services in massage, body treatment, and wellness categories.
• Maintain knowledge of all spa services, treatments, products, and vendors.
• Maintain knowledge and comply with hotel and departmental policies.
• Follow spa protocols and procedures.
• Set up workstation with supplies; keep areas clean; restock and clean after shifts.
• Escort guests to and from treatments; assist with overall departmental tasks.
